Reflexology treatments aim to bring balance and relaxation to your body and is an ideal treatment to receive during the months following the birth of your baby to help balance your hormones, bring relaxation and calmness, relax aching joints and backs or help support you if your suffering from post natal depression. Reflexology helps induce relaxation and may help to relieve stress bringing some calm time for you during this hectic time.

Due to the nature of a reflexology treatment all body systems will be worked through reflex points on the feet so may also help with back problems, pelvic discomfort and digestive issues.

Your treatment is carried out in a reclining chair which supports your lower back and a fleece laid over you so you can snuggle in.

Your baby can be with you during the treatment, your choice and this may also help them relax knowing that you are also relaxing. Gentle music is played so you can drift away for an hour of you time.

If baby awakes and needs feeding I will always allow some extra time for you to attend to their needs and then recommence your treatment, this is of course your treatment and I understand it needs to work for you and your baby.
